Daring Bakers – Chocolate Meringue with Chocolate Mascarpone

The June 2010 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Dawn of Doable and Delicious. Dawn challenged the Daring Bakers’ to make Chocolate Pavlovas and Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse. The challenge recipe is based on a recipe from the book Chocolate Epiphany by Francois Payard.

There were three components to the pudding, pavlova, chocolate mascarpone mousse and mascarpone cream. 

I found this to be an easy challenge, and in fact checked that I had done it properly as I was worried that I had missed a step!  But these were very delicious.  I only made three of them so they were pretty big, but they were all eaten up.  If I made them again I would add more orange to enhance the flavour.
