I was a bit apprehensive when I saw this week’s challenge chosen by Lyndsey. See, I prefer baking rather than cooking and I had never cooked fish before. I was scared.
Seems though, that it isn’t that hard to cook fish. Just juggling saucepans with green beans and potatoes causes me to panic/swear/and generally want to shout out “we’re having take-away tonight!”. But I perservered, and although the plate of food shown below is a bit broken I can confirm that the other two pieces remained intact.
And at the end of the day we all enjoyed it very much. And I look forward to cooking other fish (and this recipe) again really soon.
