There really is no need for a recipe. I saw this recipe in the Ottolenghi cookbook and the combination of orange, garlic, beans and hazelnuts (toasted) is a winner. I blanched the beans for about three minutes before putting in iced water. In a bowl orange zest, a little of the juice and a clove of garlic were mixed together before being tossed with the beans and the chopped toasted hazelnuts.
